All orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation. Custom resizing requests may add an additional 1-2 business days to processing time.

Shipping Costs & Delivery Time

• Standard Shipping: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, a flat rate of $10.99 (US and Canada), $17.99 (Europe), and free shipping for orders of more than $100 CAD. Estimated delivery time is 5-14 business days after shipping, depending on the destination country.

• Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed; delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.
