Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of the delivery date.

• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all original packaging intact.

• Natural crystal jewelry with personalized modifications is non-returnable and non-refundable.

• Items damaged due to improper care, accidental impact, or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return.

Refund Process

1. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at xsolaracrystal@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, you will receive return shipping instructions. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or an error was made by our store.

3. We will inspect the returned item upon receipt. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

4. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or incorrectly shipped items. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to arrange an exchange.
